Lettuce Tacos with Chipotle Chicken and Bell Peppers
Crispy lettuce cups filled with smoky chipotle chicken, sautéed bell peppers, and red onion. Mexican taco spirit without the tortilla, all flavor.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breasts
- 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
- 2 piece Multicolored bell peppers
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 tsp Chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, slice the bell peppers and red onion into strips.
Step 2
Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables in olive oil over high heat for 10 minutes. Season with chipotle, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Form cups with lettuce leaves and generously fill them with the chicken and pepper mixture.
