Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa
Crispy corn tortillas filled with spicy chipotle shrimp, crunchy cabbage, and fresh mango salsa with red onion.
Ingredients
- 6 piece Corn tortillas
- 350 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Mango
- 1 piece Red onion
- 200 g White cabbage
- 1 piece Chipotle pepper
- 2 piece Lime
- 25 g Fresh cilantro
- 1 piece Fresh red chili
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the salsa: dice the mango and red onion, mince the red chili and cilantro, and juice the limes.
Step 2
Mix the mango, red onion, red chili, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl, season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Thinly slice the cabbage, juice the remaining lime, and toss together with a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Mix the crushed chipotle, cumin, and olive oil together.
Step 5
Coat the shrimp with the chipotle-cumin-oil mixture.
Step 6
Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 7
Warm the tortillas in the skillet for 30 seconds per side.
Step 8
Fill each tortilla with cabbage, shrimp, and mango salsa, and serve immediately.
