Lebanese Tabbouleh
A refreshing salad made with bulgur, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, and parsley, dressed with fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 200 g Fine bulgur
- 400 g Fresh tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 100 g Fresh flat parsley
- 50 g Fresh mint
- 1 piece Red onion
- 3 piece Fresh lemons
- 6 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 300 ml Hot water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the bulgur into a salad bowl and cover with hot water.
Step 2
Let it rest for 15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 3
Meanwhile, seed and crush the tomatoes.
Step 4
Cut the cucumber into small dice and thinly slice the red onion.
Step 5
Finely chop the parsley and mint.
Step 6
Squeeze the lemons to get fresh juice.
Step 7
Fluff the bulgur with a fork.
Step 8
Mix the bulgur with all the vegetables, parsley, and mint.
Step 9
Season with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 10
Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
