Asian-Style Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and flavorful wok dish with chicken, carrots, and broccoli in a soy and ginger sauce. Served over rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken
- 300 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 250 g White rice
- 0.5 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package directions. Cut the chicken into strips and the vegetables into batons.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, then add the vegetables.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and minced garlic. Toss quickly.
Step 4
Serve the stir-fry over hot rice.
