Asian Stir-fry Broccoli-Fennel with Lentils
A quick and flavorful Asian-inspired dish combining broccoli, fennel, and cooked lentils stir-fried together. Served over quinoa for a complete and balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 250 g Fennel
- 150 g Cooked lentils
- 150 g Quinoa
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 350 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in boiling water for 15 minutes, cover and let rest
Step 2
Cut broccoli into small florets and fennel into thin slices
Step 3
Heat oil in the pan over high heat
Step 4
Stir-fry broccoli and fennel for 8-10 minutes
Step 5
Add cooked lentils, salt, and pepper, stir for 2 minutes
Step 6
Serve the stir-fry over a bed of quinoa
