Asian Stir-Fry with Apples and Vegetables
A savory wok dish combining caramelized apples, crisp vegetables, and soy sauce. Served over white rice, it's a complete and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apples
- 150 g White rice
- 1 piece Bell pepper
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, and bring to a boil. Add the rice and let cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the apples and cut the bell pepper and carrot into matchsticks.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in the wok over high heat and quickly stir-fry the vegetables.
Step 4
Add the apples and pour in the soy sauce, stir well for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Finish with the sesame oil and serve over the rice.
