Grilled Tuna Steak with Broccoli and Ginger
Seared tuna steak with crispy broccoli enhanced by fresh ginger, inspired by Japanese cuisine.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces tuna steak
- 300 g broccoli
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks green onion
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into florets, grate the ginger and slice the green onions.
Step 2
Marinate the tuna in soy sauce and sesame oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Grill the tuna for 2 minutes per side (leave it rare in the center). Grill the broccoli for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated ginger and green onions. Serve immediately.
