Steak and Eggs with Asparagus and Mushrooms
A revisited American classic: a rare steak accompanied by fried eggs, grilled asparagus, and golden mushrooms. The ultimate protein-packed breakfast.

Ingredients
- 4 piece eggs
- 300 g beef steak
- 200 g green asparagus
- 150 g button mushrooms
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Trim the asparagus ends and slice the mushrooms. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 10 minutes before cooking.
Step 2
Sear the steaks in a hot pan with olive oil, 3 minutes per side for rare. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté the asparagus and mushrooms with butter for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the eggs sunny-side up in another pan. Serve the sliced steaks with the eggs and vegetables.
