Spaghetti with Tomato and Basil
A classic Mediterranean dish: spaghetti with a simple homemade tomato sauce, garlic, and fresh basil for a light and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 3 clove Garlic
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 8 leaf Fresh basil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in the pot.
Step 2
Mince the garlic finely on the cutting board.
Step 3
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
Step 4
In the pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour in the canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes until al dente.
Step 7
Add the fresh basil to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Drain the spaghetti and coat with the tomato sauce.
