Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions.

Meanwhile, dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the spaghetti, reserving some cooking water.
Step 5
In a skillet, sauté the ham in butter, then quickly add the pasta and pour in the beaten eggs while stirring constantly off the heat.
