Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Pine Nuts
Simple Italian spaghetti topped with fresh tomatoes, pine nuts, and basil. A delightful classic that deserves a few extra ingredients.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 300 g Cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 leaf Fresh basil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti.
Step 2
Pour the pine nuts into a skillet and toast dry for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in the skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 6
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Mix well.
Step 7
Garnish with the toasted pine nuts and basil leaves. Serve hot.
