Spaghetti with Olives and Pepper (Revisited Cacio e Pepe)

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 80 g Black olives
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti al dente according to package directions (about 9-11 minutes).
Step 3
Reserve a cup of cooking water, then drain the pasta.
Step 4
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat with the black pepper.
Step 5
Add the drained spaghetti and olives, then toss with a bit of cooking water to create a sauce.
Step 6
Serve immediately while hot.
