Spaghetti with Olives and Gruyère
Simple and delicious spaghetti topped with olives, grated Gruyère, and a drizzle of olive oil. A classic vegetarian everyday dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Olives
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 1 l Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, coarsely chop the olives.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and transfer to a serving dish. Add the olive oil, olives, and toss.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
