Spaghetti with Olives and Crispy Oat Flakes
A savory Italian pasta topped with olives and crowned with toasted oat flakes for an original crunchy texture.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Olives
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the oat flakes in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden and fragrant, about 4-5 minutes. Pour into a bowl.
Step 3
Drain the spaghetti and add to the hot skillet with olive oil and halved olives. Toss well and warm through for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the pasta to serving bowls and generously sprinkle with the toasted oat flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
