Spaghetti with Olives and Carrots
A light Italian dish with pasta, olives, and shredded carrots for an interesting texture. Simple yet delicious.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Olives
- 250 g Carrots
- 50 ml Oil
- 2000 ml Water
- 10 g Salt
- 3 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, shred the carrots finely and pit the olives.
Step 3
Sauté the shredded carrots in oil in a pan for 3 minutes, then add the olives.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan.
Step 5
Toss well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
