Spaghetti with Sautéed Vegetables
Simple spaghetti with sautéed carrots and celery. A quick and tasty vegetarian classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Celery
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots into thin julienne. Cut the celery into small sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until crispy and tender.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
Step 5
Toss well, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
