Spaghetti with Celery and Gruyère Pesto
Simple spaghetti tossed with homemade celery and grated Gruyère pesto for a delicious Italian-inspired dish. A bit richer than previous recipes but still straightforward.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Celery
- 80 g Gruyère
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the celery and garlic into small pieces.
Step 3
Blend the celery, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor until you reach a paste consistency. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto and Gruyère. Season and serve.
