Spaghetti with Mackerel and Olives
A simple Italian dish featuring canned mackerel, olives, and spaghetti. Dressed with olive oil and pepper, it's a nourishing and flavorful meal ready in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 250 g Canned mackerel
- 80 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the mackerel and transfer to a bowl with the olives.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
Step 5
Transfer the pasta to a serving dish, add the mackerel, olives, and olive oil.
Step 6
Gently toss, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
