Simplified Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 tiges Celery stalks
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
While waiting, finely slice the carrots and celery.
Step 3
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 5
Add the carrots and celery, let them soften for 4-5 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, then drain.
Step 7
Toss the spaghetti with the vegetable-oil mixture, season with salt and pepper.
