Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
A true Roman classic kept simple: spaghetti tossed with olive oil, garlic, and chili. Minimalist yet delicious, ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- à volonté salt
- à volonté pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mince the garlic finely.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and cook the garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 5
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.
Step 6
Toss well, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
