Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
The real spaghetti with garlic and oil, simple yet flavorful. An Italian classic that requires only the basics.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and add the spaghetti. Cook according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the garlic thinly and sauté gently in a pan with olive oil over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water. Add it to the pan with the garlic and toss well.
Step 4
Add a splash of cooking water if needed, adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
