Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Gruyère
A minimalist Italian classic: spaghetti with garlic and oil, elevated with grated Gruyère for added indulgence.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 80 g Gruyère
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions (about 12 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, pour the olive oil into a pan and season it with pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water. Pour the pasta into the pan with the oil.
Step 4
Gently toss, adding a bit of cooking water if needed to create a light sauce. Add the grated Gruyère and toss to combine.
