Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pinch Red chili pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely mince the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 3
Brown the garlic in the oil over medium heat in a large skillet, then add the sun-dried tomatoes and chili pepper.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and add to the skillet, toss well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
