Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Oil)

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Pour the oil into a pan and gently toast the garlic until golden, being careful not to burn it.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
Toss the spaghetti with the garlic oil, adding a little cooking water to bind everything together.
