Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

- 200 g Spaghetti
- 60 ml Oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and let infuse for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta, add it to the oil and garlic, mix well, season and serve.
