Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
The famous garlic and oil pasta, simple and delicious. A classic Italian dish ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 clove Garlic
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic and gently brown it in a pan with the olive oil.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil. Toss well, season, and serve.
