Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
The simplest and most delicious Italian recipe: al dente spaghetti coated in olive oil and sautéed garlic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 3 clove Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package time.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over low heat and add the garlic, cooking until golden without browning.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the garlic oil. Season and serve hot.
