Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
A classic Italian dish that's incredibly simple: spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili. Ready in 15 minutes, it's the perfect quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic cloves finely.
Step 3
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package directions (usually 8-10 minutes).
Step 4
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes without browning.
Step 5
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 6
Add the spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and oil, mix well. Add a little cooking water if needed to create a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
