Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 clove Garlic
- a volonte pinch Salt
- a volonte pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot for cooking the spaghetti.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti and cook for 9-10 minutes until al dente.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and gently infuse it in heated olive oil in a pan for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
Toss the pasta with the garlic oil, add a little cooking water if needed. Season and serve.
