Spaghetti with Tomato and Mozzarella
A fresh and flavorful dish with simple tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Light yet satisfying, ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 150 g Fresh mozzarella
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 cl Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 6 leaf Fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet, add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato sauce.
Step 7
Serve on plates, top with chunks of fresh mozzarella and a few basil leaves.
