Spaghetti with Carrots and Gruyère
Simple Italian-style pasta with shredded carrots that add natural sweetness and creamy Gruyère for extra flavor. Vegetarian and light.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Carrots
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and finely grate the carrots.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat the butter and oil, then add the grated carrots. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and transfer it to the skillet with the carrots.
Step 6
Add the grated Gruyère and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
