Spaghetti with Oil and Pan-Fried Ham
A simple and quick Italian dish of spaghetti topped with golden pan-fried ham and a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 ml Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into strips or dice.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the ham until golden, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
Step 5
Toss the spaghetti with the ham in the pan. Add a splash of pasta water and stir well. Season to taste.
