Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic (Aglio e Olio)

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 1 stalk Celery stalk
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely chop the celery.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and add the celery. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Toss well and season to taste.
