Spaghetti with Garlic and Mediterranean Olives
Simple but flavorful spaghetti with olives, Gruyère and olive oil. An easy Mediterranean dish that's absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Green olives
- 40 g Grated Gruyère
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped green olives.
Step 3
Let the olives warm through for 2-3 minutes without cooking them too long.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and toss with the olive oil, add the grated Gruyère, season with salt and pepper.
