Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
A fresh take on the Italian classic: tender spaghetti coated in a golden, peppery garlic oil sauce. Simple and delicious in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti for 10-11 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the garlic thinly while the pasta cooks.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the garlic. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Toss well with the oil and garlic.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately in bowls.
