Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Oat Flakes

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 60 g Oat flakes
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions

Mince the garlic finely
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add the oat flakes and toast for 1 minute
Step 5
Drain the spaghetti and toss it in the pan with the oil and oat flakes
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately
