Spaghetti with Tomato and Herbs
A quick and delicious Italian classic featuring a homemade tomato sauce enriched with fresh herbs and a touch of Gruyère.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 60 g Gruyère
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 1.5 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic.
Step 3
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, add the Herbes de Provence, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and mix with the tomato sauce. Serve with grated Gruyère.
