Lamb Souvlaki
Grilled Greek skewers of lamb marinated in Mediterranean herbs. Tender and flavorful, served with bread and fresh tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients
- 600 g lamb
- 2 piece lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 sprig fresh thyme
- 2 sprig fresh oregano
- 1 piece onion
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 150 g cucumber
- 5 g dill
- au goût salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lamb into 3 cm cubes and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the marinade over the lamb and let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion pieces.
Step 5
Grill the skewers on a hot grill or in a pan for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly.
Step 6
Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, dill and crushed garlic.
Step 7
Serve the hot souvlaki with tzatziki sauce.
