Creamy Chicken, Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 250 g Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 1 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes, slice the carrots into rounds and cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot and sauté the chicken for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add carrots, broccoli and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blend everything with an immersion blender. Season and serve hot.
