Creamy Chicken, Carrot, and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 300 g Potato
- 200 g Carrot
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces, peel and cut potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot, then add the vegetables and chicken.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve hot.
