Creamy Potato, Carrot, and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Potato
- 300 g Carrot
- 200 g Chicken
- 1 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces and peel the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the diced potatoes and carrots, pour in the water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, then cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
