Creamy Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup
A comforting and velvety soup made with cauliflower and broccoli, blended until smooth. Perfect as a starter or light meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Broccoli
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 30 g Parmesan
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Sauté for 3 minutes, then cover with water.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, add the grated Parmesan, and serve hot.
