Cauliflower and Carrot Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 3 piece Carrots
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Pour the water, add salt and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
