Creamy Carrot and Potato Soup
A simple and comforting soup combining sweet carrots and tender potatoes. Perfect as an appetizer or light main course.

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1000 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into even chunks.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pot and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-18 minutes until vegetables are completely tender.
Step 4
Blend finely with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
