- 600 g Carrots
- 300 g Apples
- 1000 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and apples into pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the carrots and apples for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend until smooth and velvety.
