Creamy Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 5 piece Carrot
- 300 g Broccoli
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and broccoli, bring to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
