Creamy Carrot and Potato Soup
A smooth and creamy soup combining carrot and potato, enriched with a touch of ham. Perfect for warming up.

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrot
- 300 g Potato
- 100 g Ham
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the vegetables. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cover with water, add the ham cut into small dice. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and homogeneous. Season with salt and pepper.
