Creamy Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrot
- 300 g Potato
- 1 piece Apple
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the carrots, potatoes, and apple.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the saucepan, add the vegetables and apple. Let cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 15-18 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
