Creamy Carrot and Apple Soup

Ingredients
- 600 g Carrot
- 2 piece Apple
- 600 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and apples, then cut them into regular pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot, then add the carrots and apples. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend using an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
