- 400 g Carrot
- 2 piece Apple
- 700 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the carrots and apples into pieces.

Sauté the carrots in butter for 3 minutes in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the apples and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
